“Sestra” was formed in the summer of 2017. We are a band of
seasoned musos and we play original songs influenced by neo-soul/indie/singer-
songwriters/funk/hip-hop, think Khruangbin, Ivan Dorn, Anderson Paak. We love playing live and we enjoyed playing many times in some of Riga’s best venues like KKC, K. K. fon Stricka Villa, RobertsBooks, and Laska bar to name a few.
Urban poetry at the edge of the new
millennium and soulful grooves with a contemporary twist that is what we aim to
bring to you.
