SYNCRASY

The same as the term “syncrasy”, which means the harmonization and blending of different antagonistic elements, both band members Elizabete Helmane (vocal) and Karl Stuklis (guitar) seemingly contrast but come together to make music.

We perform original compositions as well as covers inspired by Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Eric Clapton etc. Our closest music genres, which also to expect at the concert, are jazz, funk, soul and blues.

Tāpat kā termins “syncrasy”, kas nozīmē dažādu pretēju elementu harmonizēšanu un sapludināšanu, arī dueta biedri Elizabete Helmane un Karl Stuklis šķietami kontrastē, taču spēj apvienoties, radot mūziku.

Izpildām gan orģināldarbus, gan aranžējumus tādu mūziķu iespaidā kā Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Eric Clapton u.c. Mums tuvākie mūzikas žanri, ko sagaidīt arī koncertā : jazz, funk, soul, blues.
